Dianna Barnes is a Sales Operations & Marketing Manager at Auto Bolt Company, a cold-heading bolt manufacturer with more than 70 years of experience in quality bolt-making. She joined Auto Bolt in 2025, bringing with her over 10 years of distribution experience and 7 years in the fastener industry.

A lifelong learner, Dianna is a two-time IFI Certified Fastener Specialist, having completed the program in 2021 and again in 2023 when the updated curriculum launched. The program not only strengthened her ability to support customers but also expanded the technical knowledge and confidence of the teams she works alongside. Dianna proudly shares Auto Bolt’s commitment to putting the customer first and delivering an exceptional experience.

Over the years, Dianna has found great joy in networking within the fastener industry’s “small but mighty” community. In 2024, she accepted a position as a Trustee on the NCFA Board of Directors and currently serves as the Secretary for Women in the Fastener Industry (WIFI). She is passionate about connecting with others, building relationships, and sharing her enthusiasm for both fasteners and professional growth with her fellow WIFI sisters.

Dianna lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband Steve and their two rescue dogs, Hambone and Ginger. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with friends and family and can often be found walking her fur babies through the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks.
