Jen began her career in the fastener industry in January 2025 and serves as Operations Manager at Hanger Bolt & Stud. HBS manufactures roll-formed headless fasteners for a wide range of industries. In her role, Jen works in partnership with the company President to streamline operations, improve processes, and support continued growth. While the fastener industry is new to her, operations leadership has always been a core part of who she is.

Prior to joining HBS, Jen served as Director of Operations for an assistive technology company. She has additional experience in real estate and consumer banking. Jen is also certified in holistic nutrition and is passionate about health, wellness, and living a more organic lifestyle.

 

Jen lives in Fishers, Indiana with her husband, John, and their two teenage sons. She enjoys being out in nature and loves the mountains. She spends her free time hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors with her family.
