Michelle is an Application Consultant on the Professional Services team for the P21 platform at Epicor. With over 50 years of ERP experience, Epicor is the essential partner to the world’s most essential businesses, providing solutions built with hands-on knowledge of industries like the Fastener Industry that make, move, and sell the things everyone needs.

 

Before joining Epicor, Michelle most recently worked for OEP Original Engineered Products (a division of Abbott-Interfast), a domestic manufacturer and importer of clamping knobs and quick-release fasteners, where she was the Distribution Sales Rep. 

 

Before OEP, she worked for 25 years for The Olander Family of Companies, a full-line fastener distributor on the West Coast. There she began in Accounts Receivable and worked up, eventually becoming the Director of Operations for the three-entity corporation. During this tenure, she honed her skills and love of the fastener industry, the distribution business model, efficient use of technology & P21, and cultivating meaningful employee, customer, and vendor relationships.

 

She is actively involved and serves as a WIFI – Women in the Fastener Industry board member. This non-profit organization provides opportunities for and unites women to educate, mentor, and encourage one another for the express purpose of advancing women in the fastener industry.

 

Michelle has since traded her digs from San Jose, California, to Northeastern Nevada with her family, two German shepherds, three rescue cats, and her 3-toed Box Turtle named Lugnut. She enjoys gardening, photography, socializing with family and friends, traveling, learning new things, and meeting new people.
