Taryn Goodman was named Vice President of Finance at Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co. in 2014. In this role, she is responsible for the financial operations of the company and is also involved in strategic, marketing and human resources aspects of running the day-to-day business.

 

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Goodman worked at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital where she specialized in interest rate and currency risk management for investment banking clients. 

 

Ms. Goodman has served on the WIFI board since 2017 in the roles of Secretary, Treasurer, and now President.  She is also an active member of Vistage International, a peer-to-peer advisory group for owners and executives of local small- to mid-sized businesses. She holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in both Biology and Economics from Williams College.
