Tricia began her career in the fastener industry immediately after college, where U.S. Anchor provided her with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of sales, including engineering support and representative management. In 1996, she founded Murty Sales, a Mid-Atlantic–based manufacturer’s representative agency.

Over the course of her career, Tricia has worked across numerous segments of the fastener industry. Her experience ranges from training distributors and contractors on proper epoxy anchoring installation methods to collaborating closely with distributors specializing in OEM supply chain management. She has been an active board member of the Mid-Atlantic Fastener Distributors Association (MAFDA) board since 2003 and currently serves as Vice President.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys gardening and cooking for family and friends.
