Kristin Glink is an Inside Sales Representative at S. W. Anderson in Bolingbrook, IL.  S.W. Anderson is a stocking distributor and engineering representative for specialty fasteners, standard fasteners, and other OEM components.  Kristin’s focus is on quoting standard and specialty fasteners. Her knowledge in this area has helped increase revenue and expand the company’s offerings.

 

Kristin has been in fasteners since 2007 holding various positions.  She started as a receptionist but after a few months was offered a position in purchasing.  She learned quickly, which led to her advancement in the organization.  Kristin attended The University of Arizona pursuing a degree in Education but quickly realized her true passion was in Sales and Customer Service.

 

Kristin moved from IL to AZ in Aug 2020 and currently lives with her partner, his son and their four dogs. She is actively involved in fundraising efforts for the MS Walk, enjoys socializing with friends and family, and volunteering.

 

As of 2023, Kristin is in her fourth year to the WIFI Board of Directors and taking on her new role as Vice President as well as managing scholarships.  She is looking forward to networking with her fellow sisters to help advance WIFI’s message.
