Dianna Barnes is a Sales Growth Manager for Earnest Machine – a master distributor of high performance, large diameter, and hard-to-find fasteners. She started in 2018 as a sales rep at Earnest's headquarters in Rocky River, Ohio. Coming in with over 10 years of distribution experience, Dianna dove into the fastener industry headfirst. Never missing a chance to learn, she is a two-time IFI Certified Fastener Specialist. She took the program in 2021, and again in 2023 when they rolled out a new curriculum. This was not only helpful to Dianna and her customers, but it also grew the knowledge base for the whole sales team. She truly shares Earnest's value of putting the customer first and creating the best experience possible.

Over the past few years, Dianna has found so many joys of networking in this small but mighty fastener pond of ours. In 2024 she accepted a position as an NCFA Board of Directors Trustee, as well as a chair on the WIFI Board of Directors. She looks forward to sharing her excitement for fasteners and networking with her fellow WIFI sisters!

Dianna lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband Steve, and their two rescue dogs, Hambone and Ginger. In her free time, she likes to stay busy with friends and family. You can often find her in the Cleveland Metroparks, enjoying nature.
