Jen Kushnir currently holds the position of Account Manager for Associated Fastening Products. Prior to joining AFP, Jen sold secondary applications such as head paint and industrial coatings at DLP Coatings, Inc. Jen also worked with Automotive & Adhesive commodities after her tenure with Heads and Threads International. Most of her fastener career came from working in various capacities which included inside/outside sales, operations management, and quality management.

 

Jen relocated to the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio in 2024.  Jen’s personal interests include traveling, watching sports, cooking, and volunteering.  Jen has been a long-standing Member of WIFI, Board Member for the past 10 years, serving as President in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and Chairwoman of the Board for 2022 through 2025.  She also served as an alternate member of the board for the Mid-West Fastener Association (MWFA) and will serve as a Trustee Board Member for the North Coast Fastener Association (NCFA) in 2026.
