Hello! My name is Kala Milburg and my fastener experience all started with the opportunity to work with my dad. Two years ago, I started with Marine Fasteners as a Sales Support Specialist.

 

Prior to Marine Fasteners I worked in the Medical Field for over 10 years. Coming in and knowing nothing about fasteners was absolutely intimidating. In 2023 WIFI blessed me with the Edith Cameron Scholarship allowing me to attend the International Fastener Expo in Las Vegas October of that year. It was easy to see how caring, helpful, and awesome the WIFI group truly is and I had a front row seat. Ever since attending IFE I was eager to be apart of the difference these women make, and who are always trying to do more.

 

WIFI was able to put me one step closer to my goal of being a Sales Representative, which became a reality recently. Proudly I was able to accept a Board Member Position with the WIFI group, and I could not be happier to see what the future holds in the years ahead.
