Territory Sales Manager
Perfection Chain Products has an open Sales Manager position. This person will be replacing a 40-year chain veteran who will be retiring. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to train under this individual for up to 6-months before taking full ownership of the assigned territory.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives of our product portfolio that includes chain, chain hardware, and cable products. In this role, you will develop, grow, and maintain relationships with company employees, channel partners, industry groups, and end users. You will be expected to manage the assigned customer base, increase sales in the assigned geography, and provide application guidance and technical assistance to customers.
This individual will maintain positive relationship with current customer base to ensure all customer concerns are dealt with quickly and effectively, resolving any potential customer conflicts.
In This Function You Will

You will become a product expert and manage pricing and delivery requirements, reporting your findings to leadership team.

Maintain a high level of expertise of all applications and trends to effectively promote products and solutions.

Work closely with the VP of Sales to help identify, verify, and pursue development of new market or product opportunities.

Document all activity reports, prospects, and opportunities within the defined reporting system.

Establish and maintain effective communication flow throughout the sales team and to other departments, assisting the team to develop a coordinated sales effort while keeping management informed of market conditions.

Represent Perfection Chain at industry trade shows to promote product as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing or technical sales in chain, cable, wire forms or fastener industries.

Must have valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future.

No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Candidates must currently reside within an area of a United States airport in the Northeast or Midwest regions to be considered. A candidate who lives in the Cullman, AL area will be considered to work from Perfection Chain office.
Preferred Qualifications

Five or more (5+) years of B2B sales experience in chain, cable, or fastener industry.

Experience managing a geographical territory as your own business.

Practical experience and understanding of the fastener industry.

Strategic planning and strong organizational skills.
